Our team have extensive experience in Africa, working in deep rural areas and highly urbanized areas, as far and wide as Madagascar, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Kenya, Namibia, Botswana and Zambia. Each of the team members have worked inside the operational side of voluntary interventions across a wide spectrum of needs, from disaster relief, to business and financial literacy training for breadwinners, and specialized educational and medical interventions to assist the poor and marginalized communities on this continent, to overcome hurdles of poverty, disease and lack of education. We have trained and empowered locals with educational shortfalls in villages and communities.
Other interventions include Micro agri- and entrepreneurial training, and helping families to recognize their need for further life skills.
All of us, have been able to identify gaps in social structures, or household food security, due to immense poverty, or issues relating to the disintegrating fabric of communities impacted by crime, substance abuse or neglect.
Digging deeper into these issues, we see single parent households, special needs children, wellness and mental care that is out of the reach of the majority of the populations.
